My name is Yulia Maslennikova, and I am the founder and CEO of 25/8.
We are an international PR agency, and for us, qualitative rather than just quantitative indicators are extremely important. Together with my team, we help technology (and not only) companies make themselves known.
👩🏻💻👨🏻💻 Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual Q&A sessions and develop a PR plan based on survey results.
- Compile briefs for writers, communicate with them, and ensure the quality of materials.
- Work with journalists
- Know relevant media outlets and journalists in the tech and business sectors.
- Understand the formats and topics each of them works with.
- Pitch journalists effectively.
- Don't hesitate to expand your network, stay updated on the professional context.
- Understanding the international media landscape and regional specifics is a big plus.
- Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients, maintain a high level of client service.
- Immerse yourself in the product and assist the client with positioning in the public sphere.
- Research competitors, the market, new opportunities, and generate creative themes and integrations.
- Timely reporting on projects. We work with Asana, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Notion. We have weekly team calls for project updates.
Every week, we provide clients with a status update in the chat on the results of the past week.
🪄 What we expect from you:
- Minimum 3 years of PR experience; expertise in the tech industry and startups is a plus.
- You are independent and can diplomatically defend your position.
- English proficiency at least upper-intermediate; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Genuine empathy and strong emotional intelligence; clients can always rely on your timely and reliable expertise.
- Initiative and proactivity. Our clients are CEOs of companies and startups with demanding schedules. Therefore, it is important to both constantly remind about current tasks and maintain personal boundaries.
- Ability to clearly formulate tasks and accurately determine deadlines for their completion.
- Applying the "Get things done" approach in everything you start.
